August Monthly Challenge- FIRE

FIRE
It's August and so hot so lets embrace the heat and design a piece worthy of this element. Some examples could be a fiery gem, flame bezel or your interpretation of the blistering sun!

We have several gorgeous firey entries this month, enjoy!

Michelle Grady
Spiny oyster shell and turquoise ring. The back plate is hand stamped with a pattern that combined with the orange stone, reminds me of the sun's rays.... this ring is available as a made to order item in my etsy shop.

Laura Jane Bouton

I just love the color of this carnelian, reminds me of fire. I used the rolling mill to create the texture on the ring band which I thought went well with the stone because it reminds me of smoldering coal or ashes of a dying fire.

Debbie Ritchie

"This is a big departure from the pieces I usually make, which made it a good challenge for me !"

Kim Sheridan

modern chandelier earrings . HOT HOT HOT . long orange beaded dangle earrings... they swing when you move... FUN...

Anna Severina Fell

Sterling Flame Earrings featuring natural Carnelian teardrops. These fire earrings measure 1 inch and hang 1 1/2 inch from your piercing with oxidized/satin finish.
